Memorial Day

We had a great Memorial Day Weekend. The Girls and I headed down to Chehalis to do some visiting while Anthony played in a golf tournament.  Then we all met up at the Lake with Nana, Papa, and Tia for a couple days.  Saturday we went to Hood Canal for the -3 tide.  It was so much fun and we saw baby eels, star fish, crabs, clams, mussels, and oysters too.

Ella enjoying the view of the canal and watching the storm come in.
 1st Oyster!!
On our way home we stopped by the Childrens Museum in Olympia for some fun.
Celebrating Katilins High School Graduation with some yummy cake and pie!
Anthony, Eric, and Dan Rossi did a BBQ contest and this was their shrimp pizza.  They got 5th in tri-tips.
Kate's school had a carnival with the highlight being the pony rides.

Dress Up day like your favorite book character - Fancy Nancy.
Ready for the annual Rainbow City Band parade through Wedgwood (love that a 300 or so people get out and walk through the neighborhood behind a band just for fun each year).
