We have had a great weekend full of more October/pumpkin fun. Today we were able to carve our pumpkins. Kate enjoyed the process but kept telling us to not use our fingers. Instead of "no" right now she keeps saying "I Can Not". Its pretty funny. However, she loved seeing the pumpkins lit up.
On Friday we went to the pumpkin prowl at the zoo. This is a annual event where they have at least 1000 pumpkins and lots candy stations. It was a lot of fun. Kate wore one of her many costume options, this one being a fairy. We have a few other options for Halloween but Kate is pretty picky about costumes so we will see what we can get one her.

Saturday we were able to go to Kates school where they had a harvest party. Here is Kate getting a heart on her face from her favorite teacher....Miss Danielle. If you ask Kate who her best friend is...she will say Miss Danielle.

Kate loves her new backpack!!!!! Its hard to get it off her in the car. It has been a lot of fun going to all these events. Stay tuned for what Halloween will bring.
