We have had a great week celebrating Mothers Day. Last weekend Nana and Papa came up to celebrate "Nana" Day. We had a great time at our favorite local breakfast spot, The Sunflower Cafe. Kate loved sharing yummy french toast with Nana. On Saturday, Mimi came up and joined us on our annual Mothers Day adventure. This is the 3rd year we have gone to Flower World for our annual plant buying trip and breakfast at the Maltby Cafe (Yummy!). We spend the rest of the weekend working in the yard. Kate has discovered sidewalk chalk and is getting really good for 21 months (with the help of Mimi)
At the animal barn at flower world with goats, sheet, chickens, ducks, peacocks, bunny's, etc - too much fun. Kate even got to see a chicken lay an egg.
