We had a whirlwind Thanksgiving - but it sure was fun. We left the house around 7:30 and drove all the way down to Winlock to see Grandpa Dan. We picked up Great Grandma Boes on the way and had a great brunch with Linda, her daughter Michelle and her husband Tom, and some family friends. It was cold out but you can see Mt. St. Helens in the background. The best part of being at Grandpa Dans and Lindas (besides them of course) is the animals.

Here I am getting some special attention from Michelles horse. He liked to give kisses.

The cows were afraid of me but got a little closer when we gave them food.

After brunch we headed up to Olympia to Gigi's. Here I am with Nana and my Great Aunt Mary. We had a grand time and I ran around Gigi's house for about 5 straight hours. We headed home that night and I was asleep before we hit the freeway. I think I over did it thought, I did not sleep well at all that night.

Nana and Papa came up to spend the day with me on that Friday. Here I am reading adds in the Friday Paper just like Papa and Dad. Dad and Mom went to work on Friday and I got to go shopping with Nana and Papa Jo. It was my first Black Friday Adventure.

Friday night Nana taught mom and me how to make a special pasta out of eggs and flour that goes into turkey soup. It was a lot of fun. Here I am checking it out to see if it is dry enough.

Saturday we all put up the Christmas Tree - I just loved it and ran around and around the tree. I also liked to jump on Dad as he tried to put it together. Now we have the train up around it and Maddie and I run after it.

The holidays are hard work. Sometimes I have to take a time out from it all and just pamper myself.
