Anthony and several of his coworkers ran a 10 K today at Issaquah Salmon Days. Here they are after the Race.

Dad at the finish line - his time was 45.30!!!! Impressive.

Kate spent a lot of her time playing with this witch. It had a button you could pull and a cat came out. She loved it and I was really proud of how smart she was for figuring it out. Then she saw kids throwing sacks through a pumkin with holes. She got her sacks and then ran to be right in front of the board to gently drop hers through the holes! The 10 year old boys trying to see who could throw the hardest were not impressed and I realized she still has a lot to learn.

Races are fun!
